Tesla Purmerend

I have a complaint about tesla purmerend, they have rescheduled my appointment several times. I indicated that I hear noise from my driving unit and that it had to be replaced. They made an appointment for me only they didn't have a driving unit on my appointment date. Then my appointment was rescheduled again, tesla purmerend indicated that I could continue driving the tesla would only make some extra noise. After a few days my tesla failed in the middle of the road. Tesla purmerend does not take any responsibility. And also rescheduled my previous appointment. Thursday 23 June I had another appointment, this has moved Tesla Purmerend to Friday 24 June. Today is Monday 27th June and they still haven't started to fix my tesla. I am a self employed taxi driver and because of this I cannot work with my tesla. I've already lost so much money.
