had an appointment at 09:00 am. business owner wasn't there at 9.30 am, so I already wasted 30 minutes. next customer showed up, then we both decided to just go home. my appointment was verified by the business owner too. he responded to my message 90 minutes overdue.. not an apology for wasting my time and fuel costs. his neighbor said: "he probably overslept", I mean, how is this professional? I will never go to this place again. I wonder if this review will be deleted. In response to the business owner's comment: "Q: did you clean your car?" my answer: no, it is impossible since you weren't there.. "Q: when was this?" A: 2021/12/04 at 09:00 am. you DID NOT send a message ON TIME saying you were late. see screenshot attached. please stop lying, makes you look even more unprofessional.
