Over the past few weeks, I have placed several orders with Rush International and was initially very pleased with the quality of their car detailing products. Encouraged by this positive experience, I placed another order approximately two weeks ago, amounting to €70, for a variety of additional items. Unfortunately, this latest order was lost during delivery (PostNL – Delivery Point), a situation that is clearly outside of my control. I have spent considerable time following up with PostNL, who advised me that the seller — in this case, Rush — must initiate a formal investigation into the missing parcel. In the meantime, Rush International has taken action and sent me a replacement package without waiting for the outcome of the PostNL investigation. This proactive approach shows that they do care about their customers, and I appreciate the effort they made to resolve the issue. Previously, I had expressed frustration over the lack of communication and support, especially after a week without any update. While that period was disappointing, the way Rush eventually handled the situation deserves recognition. Good job. I am sure that they will continue to improve their customer service communication, as the quality of their products is undeniably strong and with even better follow-up, I am sure that the overall customer experience is easily able to match that quality. On a seperate note, their products are by far the very best on the market. Their ceramic coating is not only extremely easy to apply but the result is also second to none. I can also wholeheartedly recommend the interior cleaning product. Best I ever used.
