Very dissatisfied with this company's operations. It's understandable that when you pick up your order online, you'll pay €42.11 instead of €34.95. When I asked about this, I was told this was normal. This isn't stated anywhere on the website. Furthermore, I received a very unfriendly response. The man couldn't provide a good explanation of the products, resulting in me paying €7.26 more. He claimed this was because shipping would otherwise cost €6. When I asked why ordering online and picking up in-store was cheaper, he couldn't give a clear answer. He referred to the 5-minute urgent information, which I found rather inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
