Movere Car Design

Recently purchased an expensive, yet very new car with a slight color difference on the rear bumper. After explaining that, as the car's owner, I was very critical, I finally received an absolute guarantee from owner Wilco, in writing, that Movere Car Design could paint the car without any color difference or imperfections and would definitely satisfy me. To allay my uncertainty, owner Wilco offered me a deal: "You don't pay if it's not to your liking. You write a good review if you're satisfied." Finally, the time had come: picking up the car. We arrived at Movere Car Design full of enthusiasm. Unfortunately, there was a significant color difference between the rear bumper, rear fenders, and rear doors, but no one noticed (the painter didn't, and the owner thought it was all fine, and I shouldn't complain). After clearly explaining my dissatisfaction and disappointment, the owner, Wilco, unfortunately, didn't keep his written promises, and I still had to pay a hefty €950 bill to get the car. The car has several paint damages, including missing spots in the door jamb, large dried drips on the trunk lid, a significant color difference, damage/dents/rattles in the spoiler, and the logo on the car keys, which were painted the same color, was pried off with a screwdriver (completely dented, scratched, and damaged) and then glued back on with sealant or glue. Unfortunately, this is clearly visible, and two new key covers will have to be ordered at my own expense for €40. In short: My personal experience has been utterly dissatisfying. Promises are broken, and I'm left with a severely damaged car that has cost thousands of euros in repairs, even though it arrived in mint condition except for the bumper (the car's excellent condition was extensively and crystal-clearly captured on film just before I left for this company). Of course, they'll probably have another nonsense story ready to bolster their reputation in response to this review. Advice: do what feels right for you, but think twice or three times before taking your car to this company!
