Lookin good detailing

Tried the 27/7 car wash today. First, the positives: if you want to wash your car with water, you've come to the right place. There was no soap, no rinse aid, and basically nothing but water. After the wash, we wanted to vacuum the car, but there's only a thick hose attached to the machine. I know that can happen sometimes, but there's simply nothing there. One star is still too much for me, but you can't give it any lower.
