Like Car Cleaning

I had two expensive cars polished here and unfortunately wasn't satisfied. The car I had polished was covered in streaks/flames when left in the sun, and the ventilation grille on the second car was broken off. The inside was also covered in streaks from a dirty cloth. For the price I paid, I expected a bit more. I raised my complaints, and the man then said it was done well, even though I sent photos.
