Claro Carwash Zutphen

The owner of this carwash is a bully and a fraud. He is clearly aware of multiple cases of damage cause by his machines but he clearly blames the victims of his dangerous machines. They keep deleting the photo evidence belonging to this review. Instead of providing support or helping me in any way Matz Carwash threatens me with legal actions if I do not remove this review. DO NOT use their VIP program as it may damage your car! Also, after leaving a negative review on their facebook, they disabled the entire review section. Seems a bit sketchy, no? I've been to this car wash a few times with good results. Staff is friendly and careful with your car. Last time I used the VIP program which damaged the car's body and front window extensively. The damage consists of multiple small scratches on the hood, side panels and doors of the car as well as countless small chips in the windshield (counted over 50) ranging from under 1mm up to 2mm in diameter. Owner of the car wash blatantly says it could not have been their equipment, even though none of the damage on my car existed before the car wash. I am extremely disappointed and have to repair over € 1000 in damages to my car thanks to their € 30+ euro VIP program. Thanks.
