Carbon Cleaning – Utrecht

I went yesterday because my particulate filter was dirty. €95 wasted, unfortunately. I contacted him today, and the gentleman immediately told me I needed to make an appointment at the garage and that apparently mine was too dirty. The same guy told me yesterday that he hadn't had a car where it hadn't worked. The car still smokes just as much, there's no difference at all, unfortunately. The gentleman can take good photos of the car during the service for advertising purposes, but he still needs to learn how to interact with customers.
