Tried to cal8 for 8 hours. Reception doesn’t pick up the phone. Im always first in line but somehow in 8 hours nobody picks up the phone? Receptionist has a lunch brake for 1 hour and afterwards same shit…. Either hire a call center or more guys to pick up the phone! Day wasted just for listening to a shit music and hearing same voice saying im first in line. Terrible customer service :) Think twice before buying BYD cuz nobody will care about your problems :)
