BOB Autowas Velserbroek

Car came out dirty after an intensive washing program. I can understand why insects on the front bumper didn't came out, but also there were some dirt spots in several places on the car. Also, the front wheels came out dirty. Apparently the machine is broken and doesn't clean the front wheels. I found this out while an employer was cleaning manually the insects on the bumper and he told me. This is the reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1, it's for his action, which came anyway after I asked for some explanations. The employer didn't succeed anyway to properly clean everything, so I left with a not so shining car. Of course some things are very hard to clean, like dried insects, but this was not the only issue and overall, unfortunately, my experience is a negative one.
