Brought the car in for a cleaning, both inside and out. The exterior looked good, except for a fair amount of wax residue between the cracks and on the rubber seals (which I polished off myself). The interior had been cleaned, and the dashboard had been polished, but other parts, such as the seats, bench seat, and doors, had been cleaned but not polished. When I made an appointment, I was shown a car that had also been thoroughly polished inside. All the black parts shone with polish and you could smell it; this certainly hadn't been done to me. I'm not satisfied with it.
