ProTech Monte Carlo BNL

I had previously used the Protech Car valetting service and was really pleased with the results (Saab 9.5 and a Volvo S60). The service back then (around 2008 - 2010) was not cheap but the whole car was taken care of and came out looking like new. We have just bought a new car for my wife and, as I knew the prices for new cars were lower, I thought I would get a quote for a Toyota Yaris. I was staggered to hear that it was 850 euros. When asked why the price had gone up so much, I was informed that it was because their process and products had been "improved". When I said that it was too high, I was told they could still apply the old system, which would be cheaper, although the woman I was speaking to did not know by how much. I asked her to find out for me and to phone me back and she said she would. I have heard nothing from them since. It looks to me that, given the name change to "Protech Monte Carlo", they prefer working on the upper end cars (Lambo's, Ferarri's etc) and that they are not bothered with the general public longer. Perhaps a Yaris is below their standing. It was once a really good service but I will never go back to them given my experience of the past couple of days.
