Bait-and-switch. Had the front windscreen replaced. Their website claims they only use OEE suppliers and lists only A-tier manufacturers: AGC, Saint-Gobain, etc. I called to confirm this before making an appointment, and was assured they only use glass from the same factory as the original. What they actually installed was from Nordglass, a lower-tier aftermarket supplier. Nordglass in Poland is definitely not the same factory as AGC in Belgium. Does it make a difference? Is the glass any good? I don’t know yet, I am not a glass expert. But what I do know is that the lady I spoke to lied to me, repeatedly, to my face. Whether or not the glass is any good is irrelevant. I will never trust this business again, and neither should you. EDIT: after driving with the new glass, it is clearly much lower quality than the original. The installation was also poorly done and the windscreen wipers no longer sit in the correct position. This is a scam!
