Such a poor experience with these guys, paid for a sander from them, thankfully via PayPal as I'd never heard of them before. Went through the whole payment process with no information about them even being outside the UK. Then I start receiving what looks like fake emails from UPS asking for import tax and several other fees. Eventually work out it's this sander, so contact UPS who told me they'd send it back to Crop. Spent months trying to find out what happened to the sander and where it went because it never made it to me or I guess never got back to Crop. After nearly 60 emails to and from them, they've never produced a refund or an answer to my final email. If you are in the UK just avoid them. They really need to tell people that order or at least communicate to them before dispatching the item, that there could be import fees. So many other companies warn or cover them. Thankfully PayPal gave me my money back.
