The automated exterior wash was smooth and worked well — no complaints there. But I specifically paid extra for interior cleaning, and what I got was beyond disappointing. After the first round, I noticed they barely touched the inside. Dust was still on the dashboard, crumbs on the seats, and the mats looked untouched. I came back and pointed this out politely. They agreed to redo it… and somehow managed to make it even worse. Streaks on the windows, dirt smeared instead of cleaned — it was a joke. And then the best part? One of the staff just shrugged and told me, “You can do it yourself if you want it perfect.” Seriously? I paid for a service that was clearly not delivered, and I ended up cleaning my own car interior in their parking lot. Never again.
