It was a very bad experience. We brought the car back with a very dirty interior (sand and dog hair), but that wasn't a problem. We picked it up again a day later. The exterior was still very dirty (tape residue, black residue on the roof, dirty around the handles, and many black streaks all over the car). A little annoyed, I tackled it myself, and it was surprisingly easy. (My 6-year-old daughter even managed to get it off with ease.) We contacted them again, and they said they were allowed to bring the car back and the problem would be solved. So we brought it back in the evening and picked it up the next evening. They had made an attempt to fix the interior, but they missed large sections. And nothing was done on the exterior; there were still black streaks and residue/fly droppings on the roof. A considerable amount of money was spent and the result was not decent. Never again for us.
