Excellent customer service! After purchasing a foam lance with a Bosch adapter, it turned out it wouldn't fit the new Bosch AQT. I contacted the owner and received a quick response. Unfortunately, the supplier couldn't supply the foam lance for the new Bosch because they didn't produce them. The owner then offered to credit me for an adapter worth €22.99. I'm very satisfied with TMTSHOP and will order all my car parts from now on!
