I called on their services to straighten a rim. they made all wheel balancing something that wasn't necessary. so the result is not the expected one because the rim is still crooked, I still have trepidations while driving at 110 km/h. and one more unpleasant aspect... when they called me to inform me that the repair was completed and I could go get the car, I asked how much money I had to pay them. the first answer was that I have to pay 200 eur for the straightening of the rim and the balancing of the other normal, as it seemed to me a very high price considering that the first time I went to them they told me that for the same operations I should pay 135 eur no way 200. anyway, when I got to them to pay, they only asked me 75 euros ... now I'm thinking why this behavior? is it because my car is a bmw x5 from 2008 and is registered in another country?
