ANAC Carwash Arnhem

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the Arnhem Overmaat location. I originally subscribed to ANAC because of the brilliant service in Nijmegen, but the gap in quality between these two locations is unacceptable. At the Arnhem Overmaat branch, the pre-wash is consistently half-hearted. Today, I pointed out a specific dirty spot (bird droppings) on my right-side window that needed attention as I know from experience the automatic brushes won't remove it. The staff member completely ignored my request, insisted it would be fine, and sent me through without doing a single thing. Of course, the car came out dirty. When I pointed this out, the staff member was completely indifferent, claiming he missed it. It is impossible to miss white bird droppings on black glass; he clearly didn't even bother to look. His only fix was to tell me to get back in the long line and wait again. Why should I pay for a subscription if I have to do the work of supervising the staff just to get a basic clean? The service at Arnhem Overmaat is lazy and dismissive. If this is the standard I can expect here, I consider should I continue with my subscription.
