Friendly people, good communication. I had my car polished here. They take the time to listen to you and explain exactly what needs to be done, any additions, or concerns. Dominique did an excellent job, and it showed in the car; I'm extremely happy with the result. He also has an eye for detail; he even fixed a cover that wasn't in place.
