Two stars for his friendliness, otherwise one. But I was disappointed with the work he did. The walls aren't as smooth as I'd hoped. He was supposed to fill and sand the imperfections, but he could have done a better job. He painted one window frame, but you can still see the old paint through it (dark gray). When he was finished, I pointed it out to him, but he said it was because it still needed to dry. It's now been two months, so I'm going to paint it myself.
