Self Carwash De Wasbeer Stiens

My car doesn't come out clean from the automatic car wash. It happens, of course, so I contact the company. I get a very grumpy response that it's my own fault, because I hadn't washed the car in two years. A completely false assumption, as the car had been through the same car wash three weeks earlier. But the owner hasn't responded to any further communication. I won't be going back because of the poor results and rude communication.
