We made an appointment on November 25th, including the appointment fee, to have our car polished and sprayed in two spots. The dealer said he would call me when I could bring the car in. After hearing nothing for two weeks, I called myself to make an appointment. He didn't have his schedule handy and said he would call me back that evening. The polishing company, De Jonge, still has to call.
