Good afternoon, dear Lenie and Ronald, You requested feedback about the three cars you treated to last Wednesday for carbon cleaning. First of all, we'd like to say that we received a very pleasant welcome; you're truly nice and friendly people, and we really appreciate that. Regarding the results: The white Seat Leon showed a slightly noticeable effect, mainly because the engine is now quieter. We can't yet assess the oil consumption; it's still too early to tell. With the black Polo and the blue BMW, we noticed virtually no difference. This could possibly be because we, as owners of these cars, are already much more economical and diligent in our maintenance. We use high-quality products and regularly add preventative cleaning additives to keep components like the valves, turbo, engine, and EGR system clean. This doesn't mean we're dissatisfied; on the contrary. If it doesn't help, it doesn't hurt! We are especially pleased with the friendly welcome and the time you took for us.
