I don't usually write reviews often, but I'm happy to make an exception for this company. I bought a Volvo C30 from Jansen Auto's without a warranty. A few weeks later, I discovered the air conditioning wasn't working. After a quick call, I was helped quickly, and what excellent service: they installed a new condenser completely free of charge! It wasn't a small or cheap job, as the entire front of the car had to be dismantled. I also received a loaner car free of charge! Bob and the mechanic: thank you so much for the help! Truly top-notch service, especially for a car I bought without a warranty. Highly recommended!
