I've been a customer of the "original room" there for three years. In the beginning, it was great. They knew exactly who we were; there was always a familiar face at the front desk. But lately, they've really been cutting corners. I've already gotten stuck in the elevator with my car; customer service is unreachable, and there's no way out. I'm terrified of it now. The car wash is broken every time. You pay for it, so you should expect more, or it's full of human waste. Please put a door in there that you can open with your card or cash. Not all the front desk staff are friendly, like they used to be. I had to park my car outside for a month because I couldn't get into the building or get to it due to constant problems with the elevator or the door. I pay quite a bit for this parking facility, and I think it's outrageous that it's running this way. I'm starting to doubt whether I'll stay if this isn't resolved.
