Complaint about poor service and engine damage I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your company. Two years ago, I brought my BMW K100 engine to you for powder coating. Because it was a meticulous restoration, I prepared the engine myself, thoroughly cleaned it, and masked it off. We agreed with Piet that the engine would be ready within two weeks, but it ended up taking three months. When I picked up the engine, it was covered in a layer of dust. When I got home, I discovered white specks on the surface, which is unacceptable for a motorcycle enthusiast. I returned the engine, and Piet promised to fix it. After a week, I was able to pick it up, but it turned out to be wrong again: it was high-gloss black instead of matte black. When I removed the tape, sand came out of the engine. This was the last straw for me. After another conversation with Piet, in which he admitted everything had gone wrong, he said he would settle the damage with the insurance company. Now, a year later, I haven't heard from him and he is unreachable. The damage has now amounted to €7,500, just to the engine block. Moreover, I've been renting a property for two years to restore the motorcycle, without any progress. I'm forced to consider legal action to hold you liable for the damage and the stress I've suffered. See the photos of the damage below.
