Car Cleaning Hellings

I left my car for polishing after discussing it with the master, who assured me that the result would be visible. However, when I picked up the car, I was horrified by what they had done. The bumper and hood were covered in white spots that wouldn’t come off. I understand that the lacquer may have been damaged by small stones, but why apply the paste if you’re a professional? Now I have to repaint the bumper and hood. I tried to discuss how this happened, but the master, who is also the owner, only showed me something using Google Translate. I paid €130 in cash, but they didn’t provide a receipt or invoice. Maybe I don’t know all the laws in the Netherlands, but I won’t let this slide. I filed complaints with the tax office, the police, and other government authorities. If the master had apologized instead of insisting he knew better and questioning why I even came, I would have forgiven and forgotten. I have no complaints about the rest of the car, but the hood and bumper now need repainting. Be careful next client!!!
