Due to a faulty machine, I couldn't wash my car. I called the emergency number, but there was no answer. After half an hour, they called and told me I'd get a refund and that I needed to provide my information via text message. The money would be refunded within 2-5 business days. Today is the fifth day. I sent a text message, but no response, and no payment either.
