Since the takeover, it's been a complete mess. The service (washing bays, vacuum cleaners) has deteriorated significantly. The coffee machines and the laundry card scanners are also constantly malfunctioning. As a regular customer who's been coming there for over 10 years, I can honestly say it's truly disappointing!
