Today I used the car wash with a voucher we got from Oriental, and honestly...it was actually quite good! We got the most expensive wash program, and the car was very clean, which was definitely necessary with all that salt. After the car wash, you can use the vacuum cleaner, the carpet brush, and the air gun, which is really cool. But inflating your tires is really all you need.
