Genetic Motors

Short: Exceeded my expectations. The detailing was excellent and addressed areas I wasn't even aware of. The customer service was very good. Long: I just purchased a used Ducati Sport Classic 1000S that merited the expense of a detailing. I chose Genetic Motors because it was one of the only detailers in the area that had a large portfolio of motorcycles. The studio was clean and spacious and all my questions were answered. I was given straightforward pricing from the start and it was all competitive with detailers in the area. I was also told clearly what result to expect. For example, I thought my exhaust header could be polished to look new but it was actually discoloration in the paint. I chose the Silver Package. I wanted to start conservative and then upgrade if the result satisfied me. My bike is not mint but I felt it was pretty clean so I wasn't sure if I would notice a big difference. When I picked up my bike I was impressed, it looked like "showroom ready", even insignificant details like shock absorber caps were nice to look at. I was walked through the bike and shown less obvious work like dirt and grim removed under the mudguards or behind the sprocket covers. I was impressed by this level of detail. My bike is used and some parts have cosmetic damage from the previous owner Genetic Motors even looked online to find these replacement parts so I could really get it looking brand new. I highly recommend you give GM a try. In the future I will return for one of the ceramic coating packages.
