What a true professional! My girlfriend bought a new car from the VW dealership. During the delivery, we noticed bird droppings on the hood and side panel, which occurred during storage. The question was whether it needed to be repaired with paintwork or whether it could be polished. I'm a perfectionist and went looking for a good professional. I asked if I could take a look and ended up in a beautiful, spotless workshop. Nigel began working meticulously, and the polishing was done in several steps with high-quality materials. The damage was extensive, and it became a nerve-wracking challenge to see if he could polish it completely without further damaging the paint. He constantly monitored the heat and the work. I let him do his work, and afterward, he came to pick me up to inspect the results (under fluorescent lighting). The damage on the hood was almost gone, and the side skirt was invisible. There were also no visible scratches or swirl marks. Once outside, the result was even better, and if you didn't know where the damage was, you wouldn't see anything. Truly fantastic work.
