They have the automated system, but even before going in, they totally clean the outside of your car of Grime or other tough stains to remove dirt. It's like your car is being washed twice for the the price of one. Free heavy duty vacuums, free cloths to dry after washing, store to buy some needed car improvement articles... What else is missing? Nothing! Oh! If it's very busy or you are in a hurry, you have the option to manually wash with high pressure spray cleaners. Great place!
