Steam my car

I was looking for a local business to have the inside of my car cleaned. These are difficult times for local businesses, so you don't go to a large chain... SteamMyCar turned out to be the best choice. After the first phone call and email, they were difficult to reach, and returning calls took a while. Tellingly, the owner called me back and asked why I was calling... Nevertheless, I made an appointment with them for Monday at noon, despite my intuition. I gave them a chance anyway, because once again, I'm a local business... Arrived at their premises at the agreed-upon time and day: no one was there. Repeatedly ringing the doorbell, knocking, was useless. They were unreachable by phone, and even now that the day is over, I still haven't realized they had an appointment with me. I haven't heard from them since. I'm starting to seriously doubt whether they're even a legitimate business... My advice to everyone: support your locals, but if you want your car cleaned in Weert, do NOT try SteamMyCar.
