The quality of the service was unsatisfactory. The car was cleaned with a 21-euro car wash card, but the wheels were not adequately cleaned. Additionally, three significant scratches were noted, and they were brought to the attention of the officials. After three weeks, I reiterated the issue, but the officials denied responsibility. While the lack of wheel cleaning is not a major concern, the presence of paint scratches is significant. Already contacted facility : case number: 20251157. Pictures are taken by "Teamleider" Heerlen. So in 2025th FEB 8th I was 1157th complaint about paint damage. I would not recommend this service.
