I ordered a grill wrap for my Mustang Mach-E. The product advertised on the website is completely different from the product I received. According to the webshop: High-quality metallic wrap film from Avery Dennison ✔ Includes easy-to-use application instructions and a squeegee ✔ Designed with a 3D design program ✔ Delivered within 48 hours (working days) Reality: Wrap film from 3M (not a problem in itself, both are high-quality) Includes easy-to-follow instructions and unfortunately, no squeegee. Even after several emails, I still haven't received a response. Delivered after only 288 hours (12 days) Besides my order being incomplete and no response to the emails about it, the pony logo cutout is also larger than the emblem on the car itself. All in all, an experience I'd like to forget quickly. I can't comment on the quality of their wrap jobs, but the service from the webshop and the materials supplied leave much to be desired.
